MSLE offers a wide range of disciplines for study at undergraduate level through both New Generation Degrees and specialist Land and Environment degrees.

If you have completed VCE, IB or other Year 12 program, applications are managed through VTAC.

Whether you are studying in a related discipline, or looking to broaden your horizons, MSLE looks forward to welcoming you to the University of Melbourne. Honours Programs

MSLE accepts entry into our Honours programs for either Semester 1 (February) or Semester 2 (July) commencement. We encourage you to contact the MSLE Student Centre to confirm your eligibility and to discuss supervisor and project availability before applying.

Semester 1 applications are due no later than 1 February and semester 2 applications no later than 1 July.

Our graduate coursework offerings include a selection of graduate and postgraduate Certificates and Diplomas available within our Masters degrees. Entry is available for:

Graduate Research

MSLE offers students research opportunities in the Master of Philosophy (MPhil) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).

Single Subject Study, Professional & Short courses

Depending on your Australian visa conditions, you may be able to pursue study in one of our individual MSLE subjects or short courses. To clarify your options, international applicants should first consult with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) or the University’s International Centre.
